Pacific Fermentation Ind. Ltd. (PFI) was founded in Langley, BC in 1982 by Dr. Sai K. Lee. He started the company with the purpose of manufacturing baker’s yeast. However, through the years PFI has grown to not only produce different types of yeast but all other baking ingredients widely used in the baking industry.
PFI is still located in the heart of Langley, BC and is a family owned business with the vision of providing the best quality and service with a personal touch. We believe quality and consistency is vital to the success to all in the baking industry.
