Xtrasoft-750

 

Xtrasoft-750 is a non-dusting concentrated enzyme crumb softener that extends the shelf-life and freshness of yeast-raised products. It does not alter the dough/loaf characteristics, and will not adversely affect product quality. Xtrasoft-750 contains an amylase that converts starch to low molecular weight carbohydrates, thereby improving water retention and retarding staling.

This product is packaged in a 20Kg PE lined heavy corrugated carton.

 

Mono-90 Plus (Emsulsifier)

Mono-90 Plus is a free-flowing, powdered, distilled monoglyceride derived from vegetable fats and is added directly to bakery products during production. It contains approximately 95% alpha monoglyceride and hydrates easily during dough mixing. It provides softness and extended shelf-life to bread, buns, and other bakery products.

Cake-Gel Emulsifier

This cake-gel emulsifier is the perfect product for sponge cakes, swiss rolls, and different layered cakes. This product incorporates into the batter easily. It also helps in creating a super soft and fine texture in the cake.
