Cream Yeast
Our cream y east is made from a selected strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae with superior fermentation activity and stability. It is produced with the most up to date technology and rigid process control. It is grown on cane molasses and nutrients.
This product is packed in 1000Kg totes and also in bulk tanker.
Block Yeast
This block yeast is produced from our cream yeast and is packaged in 1 LB blocks. Each block is individually wrapped in wax paper for protection against oxidation and activity loss. We also offer 4 LB blocks that are packed in poly bags for protection against oxidation and activity loss. 1 LB blocks are packed in a 24 LB box and 4 LB blocks are packed in 12 for a 48 LB box.
Crumbled Bag Yeast
Crumbled bag yeast is made from our cream yeast and is packaged in a 25Kg multiwall bag coated with PE for maximum protection.
Maxpan Instant Active Dry Yeast
Our instant active dry yeast is available for both high sugar doughs and low sugar doughs. This product can be added directly to your dough, eliminating the time usually required for rehydrating yeast.
Product is available in the following packaging size: -Cartons 20 x 500g foil vacuum pouch/10Kg vacuum pack.

DOUGH IMPROVERS
V-Plus
V-Plus is a powerful bread improver, specially formulated for all types of soft bread. It improves the softness and flavour to your bread. Adding V-Plus also gives the loaf a good shape and provides longer softness.

P-2000NB
P-2000NB is an all-purpose bread improver. Its excellent performance in all types of bread baking is recognized by the most demanding professionals. P2000NB acts at each stage of production, from mixing, to dough development, and to the final baking. P2000NB enhances the appearance and flavour of your bread and provides longer softness.

This product comes in both 10Kg and 20Kg bags that are lined with a PE bag for moisture protection.
DE-Bromate & ADA Free
This product is concentrated bromate and ADA free bread improver. It has an excellent performance in all types of bread baking and is recognized by the most demanding professionals. This product acts at each stage of production from mixing, to dough mixing and to final baking. It improves the oven jump and volume on the bread. It also gives a golden colour and crust, and improves texture and taste.
The advantages of using DE-Bromate & ADA Free:
Bread Improver-CL (Clean Label)
This is an enzyme based "clean label" flour improver and, also a no-time dough conditioner. This product is used as an ADA and bromate replacement in flour and in bread making systems including sponge and doughs, flour brews, water brews and no-time doughs. This product provides excellent oven spring and loaf volume through specific enzymes and oxidants. The enzymes provide good gas retaining capacity of dough and improves internal grain structure.
This product comes in a 20Kg PE lined heavy corrugated box.
Super-Soft
This dough improver is used for providing softer loaves of bread and helps keep freshness for a longer period of time. This product slows down the aging process and helps preserve the sensory properties of you rbread, rolls and buns. This product also provides a good oven jump and loaf volume at the same time. This product allows you to bake softer bread products and maintain the elasticity and freshness longer after production.

Shelf-Life Extenders
Xtrasoft -750
Xtrasoft - 750 is a non-dusting concentrated enzyme crumb softener that extends the shelf-life and freshness of yeast-raised products. It does not alter the dough/loaf characteristics, and will not adversely affect product quality. Xtrasoft - 750 contains an amylase that converts starch to low molecular weight carbohydrates, thereby improving water retention and retarding staling.
Mono-90 Plus (Emulsifier)
Mono-90 Plus is a free-flowing, powdered, distilled monoglyceride derived from vegetable fats and is added directly to bakery products during production. It contains approximately 95% alpha monoglyceride and hydrates easily during dough mixing. It provides softness and extended shelf-life to breads, buns and other bakery products.
This product is packaged in a 20Kg PE lined heavy corrugated carton.
Cake-Gel Emulsifier
This cake-gel emulsifier is the perfect product for sponge cakes, swiss rolls, and different layered cakes. This product incorporates into the batter easily. It also helps in creating a super soft and fine texture in the cake.
Sprouted Grain Bakery Pre-Mix
Directions:
How to make Sprouted Grain Bread
1. Premix - 400 g (2½cups) put in mixing bowl.
2. Warm water- 380ml (2½cups) Add to mixing bowl to pre-hydrate premix for 20 mins.
3. Yeast- Add 1 sachet to above mixture.
4. Mixing- Slow speed to get mixture to stick to mixing hook, adjust water if required.
Fast speed for 10 mins.
5. Proofing- 32-36°C (80% humidity).
6. Baking- 200°C for 31 mins.
